2022 was a successful year for footvolley. From the EFVL World Challenge to the Austrian Footvolley Championships, there was no shortage of action for fans of the sport. Thank you to all the partners, helpers, and footvolley players who made this such a memorable year for the sport.
Two weeks ago the European Footvolley League (EFVL) and Footvolley Italy hosted this year's European Footvolley Championship.
16 men's and 8 women's teams from 13 different countries met in Ostia, just outside the city of Rome, where the new European champions were to be determined.
The final European Footvolley Championship of the year is just around the corner and our #teambolao Craques are represented in large numbers. The EFVL Finals Rome 2022 will take place from September 9-11 and the best 24 teams of the continent will be there.
Together with the Austrian Footvolley Association we organized a little training camp and ranking tournament in the beautiful surrounding of Hartberg. The amazing venue "Beach Box" was the center of the local footvolley sport.
Day three of the "Casarista presents EFVL World Challenge Graz 2022 powered by Indie Burger" exceeded all expectations. The first unofficial Footvolley World Championship in Graz ended in sun, sand and party and produced new international winners.
What an amazing footvolley day! Graz witnessed a historic and spectacular saturday full of party, fun and incredible games. Especially the quarter final game between Germany and Italy was maybe one of the best games on European level ever.
